Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? The Irish Owl is pure magic. Sarah has this incredible way of helping you feel more grounded, focused, and centred in yourself—often by gently and wisely cutting straight to the heart of what matters. She sees you deeply, and somehow her insights always land exactly where they’re needed. You leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your own path. You can’t help but feel her healing energy. I truly can’t recommend the experience enough.

After receiving a lovely warm welcome from Sarah we entered into the treatment room via a private entrance with the most lovely wind chimes.

Sarah showed me the facilities and took me through a small amount of paperwork.

I received some extras that I was not expecting, I got a card pull and a lovely massage of my hand.

Once on the treatment bed Sarah made sure I was comfortable, supported in all the right areas and warm enough with a most beautiful blanket.

As with any Reiki treatment I felt warmth in areas, tingling in other, and thankfully huge releases.

Before the treatment I had a recurring cold for a month and a lack of energy going on for years which has being with me for years.

After the treatment the cold has completely cleared up and I have a new lease of life with my energy levels increasing.
